Terms

• The minimum stay is at least 4 nights, depending on the apartment and season. During peak season, guest changeover is always on Saturdays.
• The tourist tax of € 2.90 per person per night is not included in the price. Children under 14 years are exempt.
• Payment: Please transfer the total amount in advance. On-site payment in cash is also possible, and a card terminal (POS) may be available. Debit cards, Mastercard, and Visa are accepted.
• Booking confirmation: The booking is confirmed only after receipt of the deposit.
• Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM. If you arrive later than 6:00 PM, please let us know.
• Check-out: On the departure day, please vacate the apartment by 9:00 AM.
• Damages: The tenant is liable for any damages caused.
• Non-smoking apartments:Smoking is not permitted in any rooms.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.

Cancellation policy

• Up to 60 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained.
• Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total price will be charged.
• Between 30 and 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price will be charged.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total price will be charged.

In case of no-show or early departure, the entire booking amount is due.
Please inform us in good time if you cannot undertake your trip.

Travel cancellation insurance

We recommend taking out atravel cancellation insurance. This way you are covered in case of cancellation and can look forward to your vacation without worry. Further information can be found here.

• Final cleaning is included in the price. If the apartment is left in an unclean condition, a flat rate of € 60 will be charged.
• Free admission to the public swimming pool
• Ski room with boot dryer and lockable lockers for each apartment
• Books and board games in the ski room available for borrowing
• Citybus and Skibus stop directly at the house

• For guests traveling by public transport: free shuttle service to and from the village bus stop
